Order Processing Requirements

All services require accurate birth data (including date, time, and location of birth) for each individual included in the order. Orders cannot be started until this required information is received. If you are unable to provide the necessary birth data, please notify us. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, and the order will be canceled.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• A full refund will be provided if the required birth data is not submitted and the order cannot be fulfilled.

• Refund requests must be made prior to work beginning on the order.

• Once an order has been started (i.e., after birth data has been submitted and work has commenced), no refunds will be issued.

  
  

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged in the mail, please take the following steps:

1. Report the damage directly to the mail carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) and file a damage claim with them. Be sure to retain and document the damaged packaging and contents as required by the carrier.

2. Once a claim has been submitted to the carrier, contact us at orders@thesolarparlor.com with:

   • Proof of damage (photos of the item and packaging)

   • Proof of the claim filed with the carrier

   • Your order number and name

We will work with you to determine the next appropriate steps, which may include a replacement or further coordination with the carrier. We want to ensure the party goes on!

Shipping Information

All astrology readings are custom-made and require accurate birth data (date, time, and location of birth) for each individual included in your order.

Work on your order will begin only after all required birth data has been received.

If your astrology readings are for a specific event or gathering, please provide the date of your event at the time of purchase. This helps us prioritize and ensure timely delivery.

If no event date is provided, please allow 7–14 business days for your readings to be prepared and shipped after we receive all necessary birth data.

Please note: If your order includes personalized add-ons, additional processing time may be required. In such cases, please allow an extra 3–5 business days for shipping.

You will receive a shipment notification with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.
